Everybody loves a brat with dirty hair!

Lil' Bay Bay as none Other than Vanellope Von Schweetz! I thought it fit her pretty well.
I adapted the costume just a little bit, so that it fit Bay Bay better (Pigtails instead of Ponytail and her sneakers instead of the black boots.) but otherwise I tried my hardest to keep authenticity.
^{How is Bay Bay almost in her twenties? And why do I keep drawing her like a twelve year old?!}
